Each browser may implement the "view video in full screen" option differently. Here are some suggestions that may help. Firefox: right-click the video and select "Full Screen"; Chrome: right-click the video and select "Open Video in New Tab" and on the new tab the full screen option will be visible in the video controls; Safari: the full screen option will be visible in the video controls.

In 1966, Hanshi Dometrich and Okusan worked with Glen Ryle to create an informational video for WKRC in Cincinnati, Ohio. The video was
created in response to several recent attacks on women in the area and was intended to provide basic and useful information on how to deter
a would-be attacker. The video was also used by the FBI academy as a training film.
